July 19, 2025

TheXiaomi Mi 10 UltraandRedmi K30 Ultrawere made official this week at the company’s 10th-anniversary event. However, if you live beyond Chinese borders, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to get your hands on either.

Android Authoritycan confirm that the Ultra duo will not be made available internationally. “Both Mi 10 Ultra and Redmi K30 Ultra won’t be launching outside of Mainland China,” a representative from the company told us. According toGSMArena, the company is also not considering launching rebrands of either phone, a strategy Xiaomi has used in the past to launch devices in other markets.

Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra official 2

The Mi 10 Ultra brings with it a cocktail of specs inspired by the number 120, including 120W charging, 120x digital zoom via a 48MP periscope camera, and a 120Hz display. Beneath its exterior, the Mi 10 Ultra employs aSnapdragon 865 Pluschipset, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The Ultra’s absence from key markets meansMi 10 Proremains Xiaomi’s international flagship. It’s one of thebest Android phonesyou can buy right now, though it’s a pretty scarce and expensive device at that.

For Redmi fans, the lack of the K30 Ultra is arguably less of a hit. The device is similar to theK30 Proand POCO F2 Pro bar its use of MediaTek’sDimensity 1000chipset instead of the Snapdragon 865. Unless 5G+5G dual SIM support is an important feature, you likely won’t be missing out on much.
