The micro-display can showcase a variety of information regarding your ride and performance. This includes speed, cadence, heart-rate, power zones, calories burned, distance and elevation. In addition, you can do more functional things like take calls, navigate, use voice prompts and more.
What really strikes us is that these glasses don’t look half bad. They are aesthetically pleasing, unlike most other similar competitors. They are also full-featured, sporting an aerodynamic design, dual microphones, quality lenses (interchangeable) and a 6-hour battery life that shouldn’t leave you stranded.
But these glasses don’t work on their own. Aside from being able to sync with TrainingPeaks, Strava and MapMyRide, the Solos team has put together its very own application for both Android and iOS. It tracks your workouts, history, keeps a profile together, measures your heart rate and more. This way, Solos manages to keep its product both social and effective. you may even do things like race against your previous rides to try and push yourself further.
