How to cancel call forwarding on Verizon
The procedure for canceling call forwarding is even easier than setting it up. To cancel from a mobile phone, open the Phone app and dial*73. Once you hear a message confirming the cancellation, you can hang up.
To cancel from a computer, go back to the Call Forwarding page on My Verizon. Select your number and hit the Cancel Call Forwarding button.
