Netflix introduces new Hindi language UI to woo Indian audiences

Netflixis now available in a new Hindi language UI. The move can be seen as part of Netflix’s ongoing expansion efforts in India. The company is not only ramping up its slate oforiginal Indian contentbut is also experimenting with anaffordable subscription planin a bid to attract new members. Netflix believes that its new Hindi user interface will make the streaming service more accessible and better suited to Indian audiences.
With the new UI, the complete Netflix experience, including sign-up, search rows, previews, collections, and payments, can be displayed in Hindi. Netflix’s Hindi UI will be available to all users across its mobile app, TV app, and website.
You can switch over to Netflix’s new Hindi UI from your account’s “Manage Profiles” section. You’ll have to use a desktop, TV, or mobile browser to make the change. It can’t be done through the Netflix mobile app. The UI change will not be universal across all your Netflix profiles. You can tweak language settings for each individual profile on your account.
