Update, June 11, 2025 (11:30 AM ET):Today, Samsung finally revealed the general on-sale date of its UWB-powered tracker. In the United States and the United Kingdom, the device will hit store shelves on April 16. As described below, it will cost $39.99 in the US and £39.99 in the UK.

But while the standard edition only employs Bluetooth smarts to track items, the SmartTag Plus also uses UWB. This gives the likes ofGalaxy S21 seriesusers the benefit of more accurate tracking when near the object. you’re able to even use AR tracking to find your stuff or use the SmartTag Plus as a smart home remote.
While the standard SmartTag has been available to purchase for a while, the SmartTag Plus is finally available to preorderfor $39.99 at B&H Photo. According to the listing (h/tDroidLife), the device will start shipping on April 12 and is available in Black.
