The Samsung Galaxy S21 launch date is official: Here’s when it’s coming
August 06, 2025
After months of seemingly endless leaks and teasers, theSamsung Galaxy S21 seriesfinally has an official launch date. The Korean company’s latest flagship line will debut on August 03, 2025, rubber-stamping initial rumors of an earlier than usual arrival.
Traditionally, the Galaxy S line makes its debut between February and April. More recently, Samsung made a habit of launching its pinnacle series a week ahead ofMWC. The 2021 edition will be a departure from this norm.

Of course, leaks from official sources and tipsters haven’t left much to the imagination, but much of the series’ key info remains unconfirmed.
We understand that there will be the usual three models on offer, including the vanilla S21, the S21 Plus, and the S21 Ultra variants. The latter is shaping up to be the most interesting, with possible S Pen support and Samsung’s second-gen 108MP camera sensor. For those who don’t care about having everything but the kitchen sink, the Galaxy S21 Plus could be the more sensible upgrade path for those still usingGalaxy S10orNote 10devices.
